About this program

The Central Expanded Learning Opportunities Project (CELO) provides before/after-school and summer programming in academic enrichment, fitness and wellness, social-emotional learning, and youth development. Working with The Gate, the YMCA, and Western Oregon University, it prioritizes students with disabilities, emergent bilingual students, Latinx students, and students living in poverty.
