Forest Grove School District provides 21st CCLC at Echo Shaw Elementary, Tom McCall Upper Elementary, and Neil Armstrong Middle School, serving over 730 students before/after school, Saturdays, and summer. Open to all 5th-8th graders with intentional focus on multilingual, economically disadvantaged, disabled, migrant, and BIPOC students; students choose from 25+ daily enrichment options, with CTE, mental health, literacy, and family engagement.
