About this program
The Vernonia Child and Family Enrichment (CAFE) Project is a partnership of Vernonia School District with Camp Cedar Ridge, Columbia Health Services, LitART, Clatsop Community College, and the Upper Nehalem Watershed Council, serving 225 K-12 students and 120 families across three schools. It delivers K-12 literacy and STEAM support, a CTE model with paid internships and apprenticeships, mental-health services, and monthly family learning events.
